The following are fiancé visa requirements: 1.) Passport which is valid for 60 days beyond the expiration date printed on the immigrant visa, 2.) An affidavit of support from the petitioner, 3.) Any forgeries of the abovementioned documents will automatically negate your application. Fiance visa applications are usually granted in five to ten months and a proof of marriage is then submitted within a few months to prevent deportation.
